Due to the perishable nature of our non-alcoholic brews, we are unable to accept physical returns once a shipment has left our facility. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery for a resolution.
Return Process

Upon arrival, please check your package for any signs of damage or missing items from your order.

If your brew is damaged or incorrect, email our team with your order number and a photo of the product in question.
- 3.Quality Review
Our customer success team will review your request and determine eligibility for a replacement or refund based on the issue.
- 4.Resolution
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, or a replacement shipment will be dispatched at no extra cost.
